Alerts & notifications

Get notified when important events happen on your site. Receive real-time alerts for payments, signups, bookings, and any custom goal via email, Discord, or Telegram.

Notification channels

Setting up Discord alerts

1. In Discord, go to Server Settings > Integrations > Webhooks
2. Click New Webhook
3. Choose the channel where you want alerts to appear
4. Copy the webhook URL
5. In your attribu.tech dashboard, go to Settings > Notifications
6. Paste the URL in the Discord Webhook URL field
7. Save

Setting up Telegram alerts

1. Message @BotFather on Telegram to create a bot or use an existing one
2. Start a chat with your bot or add it to a group
3. Get your chat ID (message @userinfobot for your personal ID, or check the group's ID)
4. In your attribu.tech dashboard, go to Settings > Notifications
5. Enter your Telegram Chat ID
6. Save

Creating custom alerts

1. Go to your dashboard and open the Alerts section
2. Click + New Alert
3. Configure the alert:
   • Name - A label for the alert (e.g. "New payment")
   • Goal event - Which event triggers the alert (e.g. payment, signup, appointment)
   • Subject template - Email subject line (supports variables)
   • Body template - Notification body (supports variables)
4. Click Save

Alert enrichment

Payment alerts are automatically enriched with visitor attribution data. When a payment notification fires, it includes:

• The visitor's first-touch traffic source (UTMs, referrer, campaign)
• Country and device information
• The page they first landed on
• Customer email and payment amount

This means you can see exactly which campaign brought in each paying customer, directly in your Discord or Telegram notifications.

Weekly & monthly reports

In addition to real-time alerts, you can enable periodic reports:

• Weekly report - Summary of visitors, revenue, and top sources delivered every Monday
• Monthly report - Full monthly overview with trends and comparisons

Toggle these on in Settings > Notifications.
